  • Obtain quotes for IT Hardware, Software and Services
  • Place purchase orders according to the required lead times
  • Manage invoices and reconcile for orders
  • Ensure purchase orders are raised in SAP or Pronto
  • Complete goods receipting
  • Run reports and resolve any outstanding orders/ issues
  • Monitor lead times for orders and check on backorder status and deliveries against agreed schedules
  • Taking corrective actions with suppliers as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Produce billing and asset reports for departments as required
  • Maintain Asset and Inventory in appropriate systems


  • General office secretarial work
  • General Office / Reception Duties
  • Manage / Distribute incoming Mail
  • Maintain Monthly time sheets / attendance / leave records
  • Act as liaison with IT Helpdesk at head office
  • Liaise with building management
  • Purchase stationeries and office sundries


Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Sound knowledge of procurement process
  • Sound knowledge of ITC hardware and Software
  • Sound understanding of basic accounting including GL codes
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good telephone skills and manner
  • Good analytic skills
  • Team participation and collaboration abilities
  • Be a fast learner, a self-starter and can work unsupervised
  • Proficiency with SAP and or Pronto


  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skills
  • Well-developed verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in a similar role
